Do you feel you were made for something more, but don’t know how to get there?
There comes a moment in many people’s lives when routine stops being just routine and becomes a question. A question that doesn’t always have words, but that you feel every morning when you wake up.
If you’ve made it this far, you probably know that feeling.
The CID Method is not your typical self-help book. It doesn’t promise transformation in seven days or magic formulas. It is a structured four-stage process that takes you from the most honest self-knowledge to building a professional life with real purpose.
What you will find in this book:
- Why you keep repeating the same patterns even though you know they don’t work for you — and how to interrupt them at the root.
- The five emotional wounds that are still making decisions for you without you knowing it.
- A complete map of your emotional intelligence applied directly to your professional reinvention.
- 33 practical exercises you cannot skip — because they are the book.
- The daily routines that sustain change when the initial motivation fades.
- How to build your purpose without leaving everything behind, without drama, and without losing what you already have.
This book is for you if:
You have a job but feel it isn’t truly yours. You’ve been thinking about change for a while but don’t know where to start. You’ve taken courses and trainings that never really moved the needle. Or you simply feel, with a clarity that makes you dizzy, that you were made for something more.
